Kettlebell training for musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health
Can kettlebell exercise training be implemented in the workplace to reduce neck, shoulder, and lower back pain? In this article the authors demonstrate through a randomized control trial that this is indeed possible. In the training participants used kettlebells to perform two handed and one handed swings. After the training period participants reported reduced neck, shoulder, and back pain.
